animalcoi changes

Due to the global pandemic of COVID-19, we have had to postpone the dates of our festival to 2021, the year Alcoi will also be the Valencian Cultural Capital and of which Animalcoi is a part.

Even so, our awards will follow their course and in November 2020, on the dates indicated 13, 14 and 15, the 20 Animalcoi Awards will take place, a virtual event where we can enjoy shorts presented for our awards:

Animalcoi Award for shorts released between 2016 and 2019*.

In addition to this, we are working to offer, between the rest of 2020 and 2021, a series of events: workshops, screenings, online conferences…, which will lead to the celebration of the festival in November 2021

So we hope that you will present your works at the awards, that you will attend our “virtual screening room” in November and that you will accompany us on this new path that our Animalcoi festival is now taking, and always by the hand of Aitana and thank you to our organizers, EASD d’Alcoi and Alcoi City Council, to our sponsors: Caixa Ontinyent and Mutua Levante and to all collaborators, such as Fundación Mutua Levante, La capella de l’antico asil, the friends of UNESCO.
